cracker
You must be glad you dropped the zeo now. The colours are darker already!
jetskisteve
200L approx 4 ft cnr bowfront, runs a 150L approx sump, Sice i added the Luminarc with 400w Se lamp the colors have improved in just a few days, Nicks tank has 2 on it and has had the same results, Chimera will have the same I'm guessing?? chimera
Chimera will have the same I'm guessing?? im bloody hoping!!! to be honest, the 150W just did not cut it, to many shaded areas and it was quite obvious wen i saw one half of the same acro showing signs of colour and the other side was brown! however it was when the 150W'ers were supplemented with T5's did improvements start to be noticeable, however there were still shaded areas. because of the aquascaping in my tank (the "rock wall" look, which i incidentally hate but arent going to change it til i upgrade) its hard to position corals in any place because of the shaded areas. since the move to 400W over 2/3's of the tank, the intensity is insane. i've taken 'before' pic's now plus am making note of what else is changed so I can see any changes with 400W lighting. watch this space
chimera
You must be glad you dropped the zeo now. The colours are darker already so true, zeovit seems to "lighten up" corals quite considerably. i've noticed this on my corals since starting zeovit, minimal colour still but dark browns have become a tan colour. i will persist with it though until i decide whether i like the look or not
HelifaxNZ
They are great photo's. And the corals and fish look very nice and healthy.
