Hard to tell for sure since you've got the camera focused about a foot past the rock.:) But it looks like red macroalgae. Nice stuff, I've got heaps. I've pulled out about a basketball sized clump from my tank rcently because it was taking up so much room. But it grows in a nice easy to remove clump.

sorry 'bout the shot ira. was trying to get a close up since the bubbly things are so small. can red algae just turn up out of the blue?

yeah, love my powder blue. over the last couple of weeks hes decided that hes boss of the tank and so now the yellow tang is sulking :cry: . i feed them heaps of different foods including nori 3 times daily and 2 different types of jbl dry foods that are spiralina based. the clowns think its wonderful being fed all the time!
