This is a Aulonocara sp. "Turkis" AKA turquoise peacock. Still somewhat rare.

This is a sub adult male just starting to color up. He is a offspring of my breeders.

The 'Turquoise Severum' is apparently another species

"Heros appendiculatus" vs the common "H. severus"

PLEASE tell me these are available in NZ!!!

If so, what kind of temperment do they have?

I'm setting up a 275L tank sometime soon (just waiting for the stand to be built!) so I've got plenty of time to think about what I want in there! :)
