Ira
The Bettas and fry are almost definitely infected. You'll need to either quarantine them until long after any symptoms are gone or cull all of them and sterilize the whole tank.
cyclonenat
do you know what it could be i hope not going to do a water change and dose the tank up today and let nature take its course then do start again if i can afford to replace anything which i know i cant which is the awful part
Adrienne
There is no point in moving your betta out of the tank (or any other fish). You are best to continue to dose the tank until you can see the situation improving/cleared up. Vacuum everything really well during each water change as you will suck out anything dead and dying and be sure not to use any of the equipment on other tanks unless it is well sterilised. You can sterilise the equipment used by adding one cup of household bleach to half a bucket of water and soaking equipment in it for around half an hour. Then rinse out the equipment until you can no longer smell the bleach.
cyclonenat
Think i will take the hit and cull whats left unfortunately horrible watching the fish drop off one by one
alexyay
What are you dosing? If they are visible, they are likely to be Callamanus nematodes, which need Levamisole as treatment. Unfortunately Callamanus can take a couple of months of treatment, as they are very good at spreading and can be tricky to kill.

gligor
Sorry to hear that mate. Good luck, I'm sure you'll restock the tank back and it will look better than ever!
Adrienne
That is gutting Sterlise all your equipment including filter media, nets, water change containers, stones, and your tank before starting again.
