Adrienne Posted March 1, 2014 Report Share Posted March 1, 2014 The FNZAS AGM/Conference is being held on 12 April 2014 in Dunedin, hosted by our Dunedin club. Registration on the morning will commence at 10am followed by the AGM which begins at 10.30am sharp. In the afternoon attendees will be treated to a mystery tour. There will be a dinner in the evening. Everyone is welcome to attend, you need not be a club official/delegate or Executive but if you are coming please register. We would love to have a good turnout particularly from the South Island members as conference has not been held down there for a number of years. Warren Posted March 19, 2014 Report Share Posted March 19, 2014 Did you guys miss the bit in the FNZAS constitution about the 'AGM is to be held in June' (clause 24)? I'm not sure what happens from a legal perspective if the constitution is ignored and the AGM goes ahead at a different date - does it void the meeting outcome? Has someone checked?
