Joze
for the sake of being pedantic. Only poultry fertilised eggs are allowed IF they are certified with a certificate of health, however live poultry cannot be imported. I checked on this while trying to persuade a friend to let me have some hackle chicks. Since there are 4 owners worldwide of premium genetic hackle chickens I have a better chance of hell freezing over first.

Bruce
If You Were Caught, and its a pretty good chance you would be, Count on at least the following Fine (Quite a large one) Criminal Conviction Probabale removal of every fish you have for Inspection (Costs Involved In This As Well) Is it worth it for 50 Fish? No MTCW /Bruce
Eon
no not worth it i just saw the list and what used to be in nz and wondered why those species aint here anymore??....they are allowed in and used to be here and do not cost alot to buy oversea's....prob comes in with getting them in here all the extra costs add up and soon a fish that i could get for the cost of postage, end up costing me my left arm and right testicle, is there anyway we could get fish here cheaper?
