Godly3vil
suck on the outflow to create a siphon, should start filling and just plug it in.
superico
I've tried that multiple times but the hoses just get lots of air stuck in them
Hamstar99
poke the garden hose up the intake hose until water starts coming out the outlet.
Jaide
I really hate these things - damn awkward to get going if they're tucked away under cabinets and the hoses are behind the tank so you can't get to them... I found the easiest way was to pour water into the inlet hose until it started coming out the outlet hose and then just switch it on.
