Due to a down turn in hours of work and the imminent moving from house to flat, Im going from 3 Tanks to 1 Tank. The tank I shall be using is my 4 footer that has been sitting in the garage for the last couple of years. I shall put every thing from my other two tanks into it, and concentrate on just the one. I shall be listing the other two tanks when everything is up and running. I still have my hosp tank and my quarinteen tank tho. wont get rid of those.

Oh, one Q tho. How much would a 1500 by 450 by 450 go these days?? (Just in case I can talk my hubby into selling the 4 foot too)

I got a 1200 x 500 x 500 for $110, including stand

I also picked up my 1200*600*600 for $110 with a unfinished stand, cost me another about $50 to make a solid stand and hood.

I got my 1500 x600 x450 for $235 including a steel stand with a rimu casing and rimu lid.

It really depends how many people want what you have at the time you want to sell.

My 1700x560x580 (second hand, the tank is a little bit bigger) was $350 w/o stand but had a filter and a 1500 double light . Plus stand costs :roll:

Sounds like Adrienne got a good price because my stand (no clue on what the wood was) with a steel stand cost about three times plus the amount she paid including her tank. It was new though (custom made) and very nice :thup:

I found it to be a good price though, because at retail my four foot tank cost $220 without anything...
