Zev Posted October 8, 2011 Report Share Posted October 8, 2011 It is always on at our place - I only pay it attention when the commentator starts getting hyperactive and his voice goes up a few octaves, because it signals that something worth watching is happening 8) I think my favourite was when it hailed not long before the finish a few years ago, I thought the poor guy was going to pop a gasket... I got up very early, racing and rugby! Popped out to grab something for dinner tonight and to stock up on nibbles and beer. smidey Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 at this time in 1999 i was in hospital unable to move, my dad bought in a TV & i got the orderly to roll me into a position so i could watch it so it turned out i did not miss a minute of the race or the build up for that matter.
