the-obstacle
I feed my black neons, cardinals and lemons on NLS flake. I don't need to crush it and they actually go for the bigger bits generally.
critter_crazy
TetraColour tropical granules (colourbits) My neons and penguins love 'em!
Artem
I crush up flake food and they go for that. I think if you deprive them of the Hikari for a while they will go for the flake. If not, Microworms work well and my Embers LOVE them. Other than that you can buy a kilo of the micro pellets from ebay for USD$86 inc shipping. Also try crushing the Hikari sinking wafers or similar. JBL NovoTab should also be accepted once they realise what it is
Fruju
I feed diced human beings. Protein rich diet.
Sophia
try soaking the flake food and then firing it into the water with a dropper. I have various dried foods that my little rasbora are less inclined to take from the top but will eat if it's in the water column. Also you can thaw bloodworm and chop it cleanly with a razor into smaller bits. Thawed brine shrimp also has fine particles that the little fish will eat. Any sort of worm can be chopped smaller. All my little fish eat microworms too.
