Bilbo
I made a version of this created by Eddie on Simply Discus. Its a seafood mix without beefheart but my discus loved it. http://forum.simplydiscus.com/showthread.php?68857-Basshead-s-tuna-salmon-mix
blueether
Dont know about discus fry, but for my natives (small bullies and whitebait) I do this: Steep 1, slice heart thinly Steep 2, cut the thin 'steak' into thin strips Steep 3, cut the strips into mini cubes Steep 4, feed to fish Done with frozen heart and a very sharp knife. Steeps 1-3 can be done with the wife's 'fine' cheese greater (if she isn't around to see) PS I did try in the food processor  but was too fine for my larger fish

Vervo
Cool i think im going to try the fish recipe. Sounds like a winner. Also. I found this if anyone is interested. Looks pretty expensive to make, but looks like it would be the most nutritious thing possible for the fish hehe http://www.rockymountaindiscus.com/Discus_fish_food_recipe.htm
