Ymir
I would like some recommendations for a quiet filter for a 60x35x35 tank (approximately 90 liters). It will be a freshwater tank with hopefully Pseudomugil gertrudae in it. This tank with be in my study so needs to be quiet.

ally07
I remember my Fluval 105 working very efficiently and quietly.. I have had it running in my bedroom and the living room at different stages and it didn't affect my studying/ sleeping/ TV watching. But, if you have the money, go for the Eheim. ryanjury
I have used all sorts of brands and found them all pretty quiet providing they have no air in them and impellors are not worn..
Sunbird73
EHEIM pickup 2008. Any non agree-ers LIE. Agree but think an Eheim pickup 2010 would be better, as 50-60L is the 2008's upper limits. My daughter has one in her bedroom tank, very quiet. Tho I calculate a 60X35X35 tank to have a volume closer to 70L not 90L.
