Sophia
That would be a good idea but I'm sticking to low tech. The evidence is telling me this was not a great plant choice for this tank after all
SamH
Blast it with light and CO2. I'm growing my moss very well with low light and no CO2.

Joe
No probs It could do with a few more different plant species to add more variety 8)
SamH
So the Internet had been down since last Saturday, not much has changed anyways. Been really neglecting this tank (and all my tanks actually  ). Put on a background for all of those who asked, looks slightly better I guess Camera almost died when I started taking photos so I've only uploaded the one for now. fordayzbro
Looking great Sam.... Have you thought about adding some stems to give a bit of height at the back? Plants look nice and healthy
SamH
Thanks man! Not sure if you can see from the photo but the twisted val is spreading from left to right and runners go all the way to the log on the right. They're only 5 or 6 cm long at the moment but they should reach the surface soon 8)

SamH
Balance? You mean leaving the tank alone?
Joe
Looks cool But there is too much Indian Fern in there IMO lol 8) I reckon some more Java Fern and some Windelov Fern in there will look cool, and a few red plants like Ludwigia and Alternanthera, and a nice big feature plant like an Echinodorus
SamH
Yeah I really need to ditch it but I hate throwing out really healthy plants :nilly: Might dump them in my fighter tank

SamH
Playing around with some colour accent tonight on the wee point-n-shoot. Results.. Plus the BNs. Big male is from BikBok who so kindly gifted him to me when he was terrorizing her tank

SamH
Thanks CC 8) Hey! I only colour corrected the male BN one! The "possible" pair is the two goldens, the smaller and fatter one is the female

SamH
Thanks Joe! My secret is to neglect it and do nothing! I have enough fish in there now that sometimes I see bubbles from pearling plants rise, no added CO2
