In NZ pet shops do not sell pinkies, not like overseas where people are feeding heaps of snakes and other larger reptiles. If they were available you would probably not like the price because there is such a limited market. Insect Direct Posted December 10, 2010 Report Share Posted December 10, 2010 i bred rats instead (and mice but rats were better for memory), more in the litter, bigger pinkies, less smell. think thats how it worked. in the end decided it was too much work for what it was worth, but i only had a few turtles back then. oh yeah and a couple of the rats didnt like me :evil: im sure they could sense when the babies were killed.
