thx mate, :D you do not ask breeders this question, unless you mean the fries when they grow up.

or ask shop :wink: or dealers who buy fish from LFS and then sell them on TM or other site.

What sort of ratio do you have in your colony David and how many fry have they been having from each spawn?

Hey Ryan,

i just got them last week, still them a.t.m. looks like 3 males and 6females. or 4males and 5females. havnt got any fry yet, still sorting out the right Shell for them. :cry:

Sweet as when you said breeding group I had assumed they were breeding for you.. How big is the tank you have them in? Looks like a good setup so far and sounds like you are already tracking down the shells so will only get better :) I tried all sorts of pots and stuff but they won't have a bar of it they only want the shells..

a.t.m i am using a 40 ltrs tanks for them, just bought a 4ft tank, but cracked it when putting in my wagon, guted, so, waiting for it get repair. bought a stand from Duncan, nice solid stand, so, yeap, everything is on the way. fingers x.
