si_sphinx
Ive just made a stand for the new tank being built, 2.0m. Stand is 900mm high 600 wide and until i get some nice wood to put on the sides and varnish i have improvised lol I got told off for ruining our sheet. My defense was, "it made it look better" Peacock and johanni didn't turn out so good but oh well. Anything you want to see on there or think i should add? Duncan7
Wicked, im looking to build a big stand too, nice to see it can be done! What thickness ply did you go for on the top? Loving the sheet art too
si_sphinx
Ive use 100x50 framing just cos it was cheapest and 1 sheet of 12mm ply. each sheet is 2.4x1.2 so got two pieces to cover the top so total of 24mm screwed together. They are all good friends and grew up together from when they were just lil pencil drawings  as suggested: Koura frontosa stripes darker and oscar darker added more plants too and a few snails to help with the algae
