SamH
As the title says, what oddball type fish would go well in a 2ft/24"/60cm/600mm cube (same on all sides)? Looking for something a little different, just considering at this stage. Thanks!

SamH
FW Puffers maybe? It's quite a new shape to me, I'm used to tanks being longer than they are deep or high.

SamH
I would go marine but the cost is a bit much for me right now. In terms of FW stuff, I'm not sure where to go with this tank. Haven't quite found the right thing yet.
Guest
Dwarf flags with lots of root like driftwood with sand. Then have moss and java fern growing off the wood.
SamH
Cichlids, thats a good idea Cam. I'm guessing it's too small for one or two of the larger (15cm+) Cichlids?
ANB001
Aren't those Scarlet Badis? Hello, Now named Dario dario, name changed several times. It`s very small, 3cm, and usually don`t eats dry food. Only frozen or alive... better alone... or not with fast fish. Not always easy to make them eat. Male is red&blue and female close to white. I have them in a 25x25x25 planted cube, really nice to see fish, looking&acting like a miniature cichlid. If you have an small proper tank don`t leave them at the shop ;P Amazing fish
