There are plenty of threads on this subject if you use the search feature above and cut it down to the cichlid section and search for "holding" or stripping or something like that then you will find all the info that we will all just post again.. Zdoda Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 Congratz The first time my blue zebra's breed such a great experience fry are about 2 month's old now. i made sure there was as Livingart suggested lots of hiding places for the fry, with the female you could take her out but i guess it depends on the size of the tank mine are currently housed in a spare 1200cm. Also if you are able to get plenty of Java moss works wonders for places the fry can hide/eat off too PH is 8 for that tank.
