sandysme
Are there any great local fish stores on the way from palmy to hawkes bay or breeders, and does anyone want anything taken through or brought back on saturday
Dougstark
Not much in the way of pet shops that I can think of but this may help. http://yellow.co.nz/search.ds?what=Pet+ ... earch=true
supasi
The fish shop in Hastings (used to be palmers garden world, although I think it changed names now) is worth a look. was earlier this year when I went, and think it has changed hands now. worth a stop though
sandysme
sounds good, is it just a fish shop
dantedobe
Yep, the best we have in HB, it's called Aqua Fever. . The rest are pet shops with a limited very basic range of fish.

teddiebear1
I travelled to Hastings last month for a dog show and was recommended Aqua Fever as a shop to visit by a mate who is a sales rep and sees them all. I was so intrigued by the large variety of plecos - I had no idea you could get so many different ones. The guy who owns it spent heaps of time with us and it was a very pleasant way to pass a few hours. I would definitely visit there again. AquaFever
thanks for the vote of support guys, i intend to keep it up and do the best i can do for the store. it is a passion for me and i am learing alot every day. we will be holding alot more livestock soon, out back until i am happy that they are free of any nasties. still located in the same place, however it is not palmers anymore but the garden depot, pakowhai road. and yes we have some africans to teddiebear.
