phoenix44
ive heard of one confirmed accidental spawn... not exactly "do-able" in the aquarium.... never know though... someone must be breeding them if they are so commonly available... ryanjury
http://www.fishforums.com/forum/breedin ... -fish.html Photos of fry.. http://www.gnsaquarium.com.au/html/bgk.html I think it can be done, id say the first problem would be finding a adult male and female that get along to try with, second problem probably finding the right sized tank.. Is it something your considering? Would be cool to see.. Hormones are a must in any fish breeding what else would trigger the fish to breed? Freakyfish
Its actually not that hard once you get everything right I have had at least 6 different customers achieve it that I have confirmed The main problem is realising they have bred and removing the fry Apparently the Males have a more Horse shaped head If you have large river stones as Gravel its easier for the fry top get away from the adults One person who was successful had chinese containers in the bottom of the tank so he could remove the babies easily Ill get some more information for you all Brad
