I reduced my lighting down to 10 hours a day Water temp 27 Use flouris one a week for plants, but not much. September 5, 200818 yr comment_261345 Looks pretty much like the standard algae that we all get. I clean mine off the glass every few days. Could be too much light but not certain. Report
September 6, 200818 yr comment_261362 The green spots on the glass look like the standard one we all get - related to light and nutrients in the water I think. But what about the growth on the thermometer? Is that BBA? Someone on here will have more idea than me... Sam Report

September 9, 200818 yr comment_261786 Hi By photos i pick black beard algae..I have it in a few tanks..it travels the world in minor form that you cant see.. I have in one tank got so sick of spending $ on treatments and just came back i even left a tank enpty for 3 weeks and let dry..Mostly died out.. The other is with amazon swords growing..Two flying foxes live in it and just feed once a week...Cant see it now after 2 months... Cheers Phill Report
