johnny
I've seen a thread on here (and a photo as proof) that someone cracked 100. Now that's guru!
Zev
It could also depend on how many get eaten before you see them! I think it was Kerri Anne who said that she had seen the male swimming behind the female gobbling the fry up as she dropped.
Caryl
In ye olde days guppies dropped many more than 100 at a time
bedazzled
I counted 23 from my favourite Mama guppy last time she dropped

Tsarmina
shiuh did a test to see if food types would affect fry numbers in guppies. see below to view results http://www.guppy.co.nz/index.php?name=F ... topic&t=

lmsmith
I have hundreds of guppies and the big females lay over 100 at a time. The females are much more likely to eat the babies than males - because they want to prevent other genes I guess. If you separate the mother, more will survive. I tend to just leave them in a well planted tank with lots of Java Moss, and enough survive to make me happy.
