henward
I have in the 4 footer two fluros for plants. i have 4 huge bunches of tiger lotus that keep sprouting baby ones that i transplant. Its a new obsession of mine, id ont know why i like them but i think they look nice. i cant getthe tiger lotus to come off the ground, they hug the ground and spread wde. in the shops i see display tanks with same plants but tall with thick trunks. I got a hold of some ROOT TABS, its yellow and green brand by aquarium pharmacuticals. i put some in, does this work?
fish_fingers
If I'm not mistaken, which maybe I am, doesn't the lotus get 'taller' if the plant isn't getting enough light?
Caryl
Mine grows very tall with few plantlets so I think lack of light may be the answer
