Every now and then, they would come and jump on the bonet of the car. Now livingart, when are you getting a couple of lions? FreedingFrenzy Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 I did work experience at Auckland Zoo in the Pridelands section... which means I got to get close to giraffes, hippos, ostrich, springbok, rhino, zebra, flamingos and best of all Lions - close enough that they came up to the bars and sniffed at me, then growled at me, and tried to spray me..!
