And has been that size for Quite a while too. Hard to know, it may bounce back on put on a heap of size. If you had a tank setup plus some spare gear including skimmer then it might be worth a go. Depends on what is wrong with it, may never get better or take weeks to come right. If it is sick then it shouldn't be for sale. Offer no money for fish like this anywhere.
