HI EVERYONE!

Hi all!

Long time since I've been here...missed you all! There were some "stuff" going on in my life and I just went awall for awhile. Doesn't mean I wasn't thinking about you all though :)

Let's see where to begin: still have 3 tanks set up...didn't get the 55 gallon set up as yet!

I've lost quite a few fish since I've been here last, no recognizable reasons as to why, the majority in one tank.

The saddest thing that has happened is I lost my precious cat Puffball. I took loosing him quite bad. He was my best friend and the one living creature that was ALWAYS there for me. I have 2 new cats but my heart still aches for Puffball.

After I lost Puffball, lost interest in the fishies. Now, don't get me wrong, I still took care of them but for some reason I just did what I had to do and that was it, no interest other than to keep them alive of course. Interest is starting to come back slowly though.

I have a new job. Working at an accounting office. The only thing is its about a 20-25 minute drive...not long you say...but the last job was only 2 blocks away :D

I'm going to Calgary in 4 weeks time...if you recall, Tracy is expecting her first baby. Extremely excited about going :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Oh dear, I have sooooooooo much to catch up on...lots of reading!

Missed you all,

Caper

Good to see you back Caper. The only reason I hadn't been too worried was the jokes you were emailing me so I knew you were still around. Been away a month myself and just got back last night.

Sorry to hear about Puffball you will miss him. How is Ray?

Hope the new job is an improvement on the last one and the pay is better too

Welcome Back! I had missed you.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. It is heartbreaking to lose a precious pet, and yes you can lose interest in others while you grieve. That's normal. After three years, my "new" cat has finally taken the place in my heart of her predecessor. :D

Hugs and smiles, Hellen

Was wondering where you were Caper... missed your posts and your frequent visits.

Losing something is always hard to get over.. (I recently lost two cats that we had had for thirteen years.. they went within months of each other).. so I know how you feel.

Once you get back into the flow, things will seem better.

Welcome back :):)

Bill.
