When they see the dead ones outside.. they get the hint :lol: I have 3 dead killies outside each tank... No other killie has dared to jump out.. whether or not I wear sneakers :lol: then again my killies are in a high foot traffic environment. You could also have a comp for the killi that jumps the furtherest away from its tank in 5min's. They are still alive and kicking after that time period, believe me :-) With regards to the degati fry and your concerns re when they will start jumping?................Just leave it uncovered and when the first couple jump out you will know its time to move them to a bigger covered tank.
