thanks pies so how much is it gna cost you every year for bulbs? yeah the size cheers for that im pritty sure im going to go with 4ftx2ftx1.5ft and just a tiny bit smaller for sump so it looks nice in a cabinet yeah thats probly going to happen ive already got rid of 3 of my freshwater tanks and ive only got 3 small ones and a big one set up might look at selling the big one

cheers i wouldnt no what MH to buy there all so expensive so should i just go with flouros and how many and will i need lights on my sump?

i would move it into a breeding net or sumthing similar and just keep and eye on it

im not sure what i want to keep so i dont no about lighting as such protein skimmer=AS-150p NEEDLE WHEEL lighting=not sure freshwater filtration (RO/DI)=can u explain this to me? heater (chiller?)=stainless steel 300w timers=bunnings 20 bucks test kits=marster salt water kit likr 60 bucks buckets=got plenty(old mans work) live rock, sand=thats gna be a hard 1 fish, coral=hard again time=... patience=ive waiting this long im sure i can wait a wee bit longer cheers

so that will set me back $120 for ehiem pump return $120 for ehiem pump closed loop $300 sea swirl $120 seios $120 seios =$780 if im correct thats just pumps and shit Any thing else i missed off the list? im still not 100% sure on size of my tank i need help with this first cheers

it isnt final on the sump size but diffinate on display size the sump can be no bigger than the display tho cheers

1. 1500mm 2.243L to be preicse and thats just the display then theres the sump which witll be pritty much the same size and just sit underneath the display tank which will be 144L so 243+144=387L thats with a 4ft by 2ft by 1.5ft display and 4ft by 1.5ft by 1ft sump 3.havent even got the tank so dont no to number 3

hi is it nessicary to run closed loops? and if i was to do it what size pumps would i need? what are the down falls of having closed loops and what are the good things about it? cheers

can the sea swirls suck water from my sump or would i need a return pump aswell and what size return pump am i looking at 1060 ehiem will that do the trick?

and the sea swirl is good for? just water movement?
