no idea on parameters tank is 3ft by 1.5ft by 1.5ft lighting is a arcadia 3 series on for 10-12 hours aday. filteration is a fluval 305

coldwater plant tanks i have a small tank set up growing a few cold water plants and some type of moss does anybody else do this with cold water plants? and what would happen if i was to put a heater in there? cheers

i done that for about 3 hours yesterday and put it in the tank and filled it up and the waters brown

ira how did you get the sand clean enough that it didnt cloud up the tank? thats what im having trouble with right now

ohh no i couldnt decide between the fine and the course so i got the fine!! ive washed it and its now sitting in my empty tank. should i remove it and go for the course stuff?
