no he has been a very cool guy the three fish in the pics are my prized possessions.. my friends named him Oscar...lol..I have had him for around 3 years from when he was about 5cms... The Q!uetzel kinda picks on him but he can hold his own . The Jag is the boss man .....

Have been keeping fish for about 4 years this time round and when I was a teen had kept tropicals and a Parori for around 3 years.I keep at present mainly cichlids from the Americas(north,south,central) a few various cats and want to start an African tank with Electric Yellows (Mbuna) and Peacocks... I am more a Dog person.... and would like to have another one when I move away from the city apartment into a well fenced home ;and to get some birds also. I like Parrots as I used to have them years ago.. I have started to grow a few plants on my balcony which surprisingly for me are actually doing well...(yuccas, cabbage tree , ferns and Rubber tree)

Just came across this plant and need to pose yet the same question on availability in and around NZ if at all many thanks again....

Hi I have 3 small geos f/s or swap pm with offers... at a guess about 4cm & 6months old . I am guessing they are all males have no need for them any longer.... need the space.... they are living with my larger male and oscar with my Jag also a cple of bristlenoses.....will get a pic up soon thanks...

you could include Paradise fish they build bubble nests also the males are ferocious at spawning so the females shld be removed they can also survive freezing water so have a wide range they are adaptable to... adults are impressive...

try and give it about 24 hours it may well depend on afew things my geos eggs hatched about with in that time.. good luck with the first of many well done
