Thanks. One more question. My anemone moved to the back of my tank after being in hte tank a week. I suspected that it didn't like the waterflow and changed the direction of the powerhead. I also turned the rock that it was on around and it was happy for about 3 weeks. Last night I got hame and it had moved again. Could it be that it's getting too much light? I have T5's on the tank with 4 tubes. Sorry to be such a pain.
pies, I have been adding RedSea Calcium 3 (i think). I think my tank might be a bit too small for a reactor though. Take into consideration that I do not have a sump.
You can always send it over to my place for a feed.
I would love one of these fish, but apparently my tank is too small for it to survive.
Suppose I’ll have to resort to drooling over someone else’ fish then.
I had the same problem with heat a while back. Tank hitting 28 at 2 am. I installed the 2 computer fans and changed my lighting phases. My blues only come on at 2pm and the whites at 3pm. Whites out at 11pm and blues at 12:20am. This took away my temp problems. I put the fans (and lights) on electronic timers that I bough from Bunnings. They allow me to set time increments as little as 30 minutes. The fans drop my temp by 1deg in less than 30 minutes. Pm me if you would like the name of the timer. They cost me something like $23 each.
I have in my posession some "laser lights'. These consist of 3 blue led's that runs of 12v. Should I mount these to the back of my tank or what? If not, what then?
My clowns have not accepted my anemone yet. They hover in the one corned during "night" time. Should I be worried or just leave then? Will the nightlight not cause them not to sleep? :-?
What I've found to work for me is using old computer powersupply fans. I have 2 mounted on my tank and they keep it nice and cool when the temprature starts to rise. Just a suggestion though.
So what you are saying is take supper glue and glue the anemone to the rock whee I want it to be??? Isn't this issuing it's death certificate or that of anything else in the tank? :-?
I have the following 2 problems in my tank though.
1) The anemone that's hiding in the back of the tank. What can I do about this? Should I just turn the rocks aroun so it faces the front?
2) The Finger Leather is not attaching to the rock that I put it in. Any suggestions?
Follow the link to see some pics of my tank. They are not the best as they were taken in a hurry and not with a good DPI. I will take better ones sometime or the other. Please let me know what you think. (the anemone is hiding behind the rock with the red mushrooms on in the middle of the tank )

I don't think I'm at the stage of wanting to kill them yet
What do I do with them once they are cut? Chuck them in my tank, tie them down? How long before they look like they used to before cutting?
