  1. Recently I've set up a new aquarium and have been cycling with fish food. Some weird stuff has been been forming on the driftwood and on the food. There seems to be two types, but I'm not sure if the brown one is just the white stuff that picked up pigment off the wood. In any case I nee o know if it will harm plants or fish and how I can get rid of it UGRENTLY. I've attached some pictures below Thanks in advance! First Picture: White stuff on food Second Pic: Some brown stuff swiped off on my finger Third Pic: Brown stuff on driftwood Fourth Pic: White stuff on driftwood Fifth Pic: More white stuff on food (with black sand on it)
  2. Pictures with the driftwood in and java moss.

  5. Thank you! I was planning on a staggered addtion anyway . I think maybe cardinals might be a better idea then embers after what you said. Thank you for the advice!

  7. Hi guys, I'm in the process of cycling a new aquarium (70 L ), and I just wanted your opinion on something. I'm going to have 4 peppered corys in the tank, as well as a school of 8, maybe 10 zebra danios. Can I add a another school and if so, what do you guys think would be better; cardinal or ember tetra? Thanks in advance!
  8. Hi guys! Just wanted to drop by and say hello. I currently have a 34 l tank and am in the process of setting up a 70 at the moment (so look out for questions about that) ! I'm really looking forward to being able to ask questions and get them answered by you guys, especially since we all live in the same country (sometimes its really hard to get relevant advice from people overseas!) Anyway, just wanted to say hi!
