  1. you'd preferably want fish the same size as the frogs, DEFFINATLY NOT IN SALTY WATER, it will kill them, and generaly the wast of the fogs doesnt harm them, but you would wont like 20 frogs with 20 fish, or you'd have to clean the tank out every few days, as for the frogs ive done a bit of research on them and have never heard of pinky frogs, wer did they come from? what is ther scientific name?
  2. Were is this show? can you enter any type of fish?
  3. what would be the best way to breed angels, because it seems that every secind thing i read is conflicting? any help would be greatly appreciated:D
  4. welcome to the fnzas , just cuz were serious about fish, doesnt mean theres any shortage of humor in us
  5. welcome to the fnzas, you should find everything you will need to know about fish here, and if its not under a previous post just start your own
  6. mollie babies are generally bigger than any other type of livebearers fry and can easily be keeped with there parents in the tank, the other mollies will not eat them, if she is hanging near the top it suggests stress, from not only giving birth but she will also be harrased from other males in the tank. if the fry are black and the mother is black, and there r no other black fish in ur tank then they will deffinatly be from the mollie
  7. ive heard of that happening before also. sorry for your loss
  8. i think you'd be surprised how many poeple "actually" care!

  15. lol, if that is what you call the rule of thumb ira, then ill stick to geussing , anyways sorry you are right it isnt per litre, its per gallon my apologese
  16. there are 3 platy and 2 guppies also in the tank with them, but the male of the pair of bluerams keeps them pritty much hurded on one side of the tank, and i dont think the blue ram r scared as they seem to be the bosses of the tank and there in a room that is always queit, anyways im in no rush to have babies at this point, and i must get the livebearers out of that tank and back into there own tanks along with there frineds, lol it was just a surprise to me that i looked into the tank, then when i went back after about 10 mins they were all gone, and i noticed them starting to clean and prune a different stone. cheers thanks for the help
  17. hey all, my blue ram layed, must of been hundreds of eggs (etimation), unfortunatly i came back to them today, and theyd all disappeared, im asuming they were eaten, i was just wondering how long it will take my blue ram to get there perental qualities? and how mnay babies do they have on average? all help will b greatly appreciated LB
  18. sorry to hear about your losses, but think of it this way, its all a learning curve
  19. rule of thumb is usually an inch of fish to every litre, and i wouldnt worry bout the plants they dont make much difference, if i where you i would probably leave the amount of fish that you have in there at this point, its always better to under stock, than to hit maximum capisity of your tank Hope this helps
