  2. Hi there, just wondering if anyone has any experience with soil in an Aquarium and if so where to get it from? Ive been reading up on the Diane Walstead's theory of soil in the aquarium and want to try it out.
  3. I have alot of experience with Africans, they are so easy to keep its not funny! if you have the right stuff in your tank to buff water all you need to do is water changes really, I decided this time to do the planted community which is a change for me but I still miss my Frontosa and Peacocks african tank. They can be some of the most stunning tanks around and remember they Mbuna eat algae what luck! not only could you have saimese algae eaters chinese algae eaters but mbuna too , no more algae~!!
  4. Please tell me your getting rid of the chlorine from the tap water? if you are sounds alot like an algae bloom to me uv steriliser is good never do a 50% water change that was probably what killed your fish not the chem or murky
  5. I had a 90 litre then upgraded to a 450 litre I had rams , neons and bristle noses and a few platys and 4 sterbai's they all live very happily together with no issues.
