black ops and killzone 3.

Hi, I am wanting to start breeding mbuna Cichlids. Using a ratio of 1m - 4f per tank??, what size tanks would be best? What types of African Cichlids would be best to breed and where can I get good quality fish to breed? Any tips and suggestions would be great. Thanks
