Hay there that's great that your discus are breeding, but i don't know if that's the reason for your missing fish because i have got my tank set up with 5 discus and allot of tetras including 19 neon's and my discus laid eggs about two days ago and the only aggression i saw was between the other discus hope that helps a bit

i have been waiting for about a month for a small jag cichlid and there is now one on trade me that i would love but its in Christchurch. is there anyone that could pick it up for me and ship it to Auckland I'm willing to pay for cost and shipping

no the jar will be growin in the 6footer and i have sold all other fish so that will be fine and im going to be getting a jag cichlid a festa and a texas also a catfish

haha about the goldfish haha ya that would be a really good idea thanks for the feed back but i have no space to put another tank i have tried many times with my parent to let me get a tank like that but they just wont budge

ya the jardinis are a bit more stroppy but thats why i want to put it with aggressive cichlids and the blacks do look awesome but im also doubting that they would be ok with aggressive cichlids and the central american cichlids are my fav

i dont know i thourght that all american arowanas got drop eye and the asian one didn't get it as easy?? please explain

sorry i ment to say the main fish of the tank being asain :oops: but im am thinking that i am going to have a american cichlid tank with a jardini thats the plan
