i have sent a general enquiry through the DOC site asking if it is legal to sell tank bred bullies, but haven't stated that it is being sold on TM. hopefully will get a reply today

people just have more money now, inheritance, smart career choice or just plain lucky, personally i bought a house 6 months ago, i work full time and dropped out of polytech when i was 21, im 23 now. i support my partner who is studying at the moment, and paying my mums bills as she has just had surgery and can't work and ACC won't pay out. And im a car enthusiast(boy racer to some ) so i have nice cars. yet i don't show it off too much, but i do like to occasionally cos i worked very hard for it all. my mum left my father when i was 6 and we were in and out of womens refuges till i was about 12, and i've had a job since i was 11. so if you've worked hard for it i say show it off, but what annoys me is when people who have inherited money and show that off, they haven't worked for it, i find alot of my friends are the type with rich parents who haven't had a job in their life, and they live off their parents success. always been jealous of them. but i'm glad im not them cos im sure i wouldn't be as smart as i am now.

its just my missus i gotta watch out for, she wants a new cell phone, a puppy, a hairstraightener that costs like $300 - bloody rip-off if ya ask me. plus she wants to go away somewhere. jus lucky i jus got a pay rise and its getting back dated to july, and my xmas bonus coming up very soon. but im happy she agreed to new toys for my car and a 5 foot-ish tank for me

just make then something, its usually much cheaper that way. i usually grace my family with my presence rather than some presents

oh yeah you may need to go straight to the manufacturer for the consequential loss, so if it was an aqua one tank etc, you may need to call the guys who make aqua one tanks, but you should be able to goto hollywoods and they contact the manufacturer. would be good if you have a lawyer friend to talk to, or someone thats very familiar with the act, and knows all the loophole's

i used to work at noel leemings and went over the act several times, Consequential Loss is covered under the consumers guarantees act. it won't be covered if it is a tank to be used outdoors, your a business. etc you can probably find more info if you search Consequential Loss consumer guarantees act. so if this is one of those nice looking display tanks and only a year old, and it was the seal that gave way then it will be covered. you may need to make sure there is a warranty for the seals, im not sure what retail warranty for seals are, or whether it states it lasts 10 years. the carpet, furniture should be covered, not sure about laptop and cameras as they "should" be kept off the floor in a safe place or sum bull like that, fish - maybe they may just provide you with some more but not necessarily breeders...... just found a site with a bit of info for ya a bit long but you can read over it. http://www.consumeraffairs.govt.nz/cons ... lloss.html my best advice is to check some consumer sites, or mite find some free consumer advice phone numbers or email addy's. hope all goes well for you.

yes it is fast at uni, but it is monitored and u may get cut off, it has been done to alot of people lately. and it also causes the internet to go slower at times as well which people don't like.
