went to the reptile park today.was a nice day in the sun,was alot better this time as the last time it was raining lol.lots of young dragons and turtles/tortises

yea the guy selling that tank is really helpfull.i would reccomend getting a beardie from him.not sure if he has any atm but you could ask on one of his auctions.
they are a cool pet,pretty active,mine like to have a good run around the room exploring etc.i keep mine on a grit similar to sand.with a coupl of vines and basking blocks.some people use tiles.
you can get food from most pet stores crickets mealworms waxworms etc.we catch our own crickets from outside in summer.you can also breed your own.
you will need: basking light(normal light bulb)
heat lamp with thermometer.
uv bulb
that size tank should be fine for one or two.i have a 1500x600x600 for two and its fine

settling in well to their new home,after the light fitting that the reptile bulbs can hang down from the wires?what are they called?anybody know where i can get one from?
thats the one,picked it up on wednesday.was a bit of a squeeze in the liftback,ended up smashing the tailgate glass,lucky didnt break the tank!!!

havnt got any pics of enclosure,is just a temporary 900x300 got a coupl rocks,fake log from the fish shop and the twisty vine stuff,they love that although getting a bit big for it now.awaiting completion of their new 1500x 600
sorry to hear about yours david,they seem to be getting along fine atm.the bigger one is obviously the dominant one but we keep them both well fed
