Mitre10. Glass/tile bits are good as long the size of the hole you want is less the 15mm and you have a power drill that can run at a very low speed. It helps to do it in water so the bit does not heat up to much

it will evaporate. then just give it a swipe with mild soapy water then rinse. My fish didn't seem to mind when i did it that way

I have used a razor blade to get the bulk off then used turps to get the residue off. A rough cloth helps to. make sure you clean properly after cos fish don't like turps

Try Redpath down the oneway going south. If it is a power compact take it with you cos there are lots of different types. If they can not help go to Pet Warehouse. I got my bulbs from them. They were are great help

I have been looking through the members saltwater tank picture pages. they all look really good but totally forign to me. A couple of questions.................... What is a Refugium? What is the difference between SPS and LPS? Why do some people house fish in there sumps?

Have been looking into getting new lights for my tank but know one can seem to give me any good info about T5 lighting and anything else really. Any help would be great. Someone i can talk to would be good as well

i soaked my piece of driftwood for a month and it still leeched. Keep soaking

Why can cichlids be overstocked in a tank. Have been looking at other peolpes set ups and they all seem to be over stocked. Slightly confused about why??
