checked the fish after i got home after school and found that my tank full of front fry and juveniles was down to 17deg in water temp. i was so amazed that they wer still behaving the same and i had not lost any. close call

just put an airstopne near the eggs to ensure that there is water movement. powerhead mite be too powerful

i used to breed quite a few. bad parents so take the eggs out and airate with some methBlue. feed newly hatched brine shrimp once free swimming..

just moved the latest and biggest spawn into a 3ft growout tank, thought id share some pics.they are now from 1-1.5cm. Fry in bucket. fry in growout close up of a couple

Good to see you are keeping them Johannes, I'm sure they will look awesome in your 8ft. We were watching your TM auction with interest!! Callum will need to start passing some more fish on to other fish collectors. With all the great tang pictures being shown, we may need to look at some more space in the fishroom.... possibly an extension. Cheers :lol: Dave
