What size heater for 160 litre tank?

Southerrrngirrl, I have an AR980 and have the heater near the filter where it gets sucked in so the warm water gets spat out the other end of the tank and warms it. I'm not too sure if its the best idea but then again as you said you are limited as to where you can place the heater in the Aqua one tanks. -

I've got the AR980 and with the filter I have the noodles on the bottom then the course in the middle and the soft one on the top and it seems to be working fine.

Hey thanks for the info I used to have a male and female Krib in my community tank ages ago and the ending up breeding twice but I just didn't have the time to take care of the babies but I'm keen to give it ago again.

hahaha I think I saw you 2 in there anyway the ones in there display tank are the ones I'm thinking of hmmm wonder where I can get some of those from. I was thinking of getting a 2 footer 70-80 litre what do you think?

Hey Luke, I'm looking for some to fill out my planted Aquarium however they will be the main fish in there. I'm looking at having about 4 in my 215 litre tank so if your looking at getting rid or selling some I'd be keen. Also have you get any pics of yours? cheers. Jamie

Its true about the Chch fish I lived there for 3 years and there was one shop I used to always go to but I can't remember the name of it its in Belfast I think or around that area they had soooo many different kinds to choose from but I don't know what they are like now.

Hey Caper, yeah I will but right now I'm just cycling it so there isn't any fish in it plus I'm looking for some good looking Discus to put into it.

yeah could be leeches never thought of that. Now any ideas on how to get rid of them?

They are probably about 1cm long and yeah there is more than 1 I pulled about 4 out and have seen another 2 but I can't reach them.
