just scraping the last of the back paint off my new tank as the paint job wasnt good enough for me. :evil: i had planned on black but ended up going ocean blue.blue seems to dominate and i havent seen a picture of an established black tank.does anyone know where to find one or could post a pic?thanks.

weird,it looks blue.does the photo look totally different to the actual.im just scraping the paint off my 1st tank as i wasnt happy with the paint job. :evil: hard to decide between black and blue :-? last chance for me to change,currently ocean blue...

no ive actually returned them and got some union b/v's on order,same type chim used.

some people drill a hole sideways thru the end cap(side of cap) and the top of the durso both,and then turn the cap to regulate it.

in one word,slow.....just in the middle of scraping the paint off to redo as i wasnt happy with the 1st job. :-? saw cookiextreme's tank on the weekend.i really like the aquascape with lots of swimming room and am going to do something similar.alot of flow with really unobtrusive p/h's as there isnt tons of rock,great for me just starting in terms of amount of rock needed etc.hopefully my stainless stand finished in about a week and i can start drilling holes in the floor!
