Overflow design

Featured Replies

One thing with a corner overflow is the bracing on the top of the tank. Make sure you know how you want your bracing to look and make sure it is not a problem with a corner over flow. My old tank has a large brace on the side with the over flow which blocked light.

This was very anoying and one of the reasons I went with a differnt design.

I've confirmed with the tank builder that 3 cross braces will be enough. It's now just a question of positioning the overflow to not be too far from the side (for access) and not be covered by a brace.

laser beam  its the moonlight simulator that comes on the 7095 controller. realistic phases, light intensity etc. also has a photoelectric cell to turn streams down at night (if you choose)

In your opinion, would stretching to the 7095 be worthwhile over the 7091? Streams will be the next thing to start spending on.

whats with the bracing? your sure you got enough :D

yeah im gonna change my nex..oops

better than glass tho, i must admit im thinking of removing the centre brace.it is useful for stacking stuff on when i frag @ with stuff, which ive been told ive gotta stop.

Tel,

Can you show us a picture with the moon thing working.

I'm thinking a mmon light would be cool.
