Hi guys, just cos I'm nosey... what does everyone feed their whiteworms?? Usually just give mine dampened bread, today however I put in dampened porridge oats.. Have heard that some ppl feed them left over cooked porridge.

Dead people. I mean fish. Yeah, fish. *shifty eyes* *walks away slowly*

I use bread, soaked with water, and squeezed out, so as the mix doesn't get too wet.

I also tried the porridge, dry, wasn't too impressed, and back to bread now.

Feed...White...AHHH! better feed mine it's been months, they're just sitting in a box in the sleepout.

What's a sleepout?

In NZ it is, a lot of times, a spare workshop(shed), stand alone from the house, often attached to a garge or part of a garage, converted for a bedroom.

Good place to get rid of whinging teenagers.

Remember to set up a security cam in there tho, to keep an eye on them.

Also a smoke detector..

An electrical switch from the main board that can turn off their power is also a "must have"

They can't hear you, eva, when you call or want them to do anything.

I feed mine bread soaked in water.. but I break up the bread so that there is more edges for them to eat and multiply.

I have also use luncheon, dead guppies and silver sharks... they seem to like a bit of meat in their diet. wholemeal bread also works quite well.

I feed my kids bread (unsoaked) with out the edges, dead fish (salmon) and some fresh fruit as well as yoghurt :lol:

I find feeding garlic luncheon is the least stinky of everything I have used

I fed mine nothing for about two months :lol: . I then went back last week, observed that they were still alive in large numbers and gave them a piece of bread.
