Hey everyone.

Does anyone here have an HP Photosmart printer from the C7000 and series? I desperately need the software for it.

I have tried downloading off the net but it does not install properly....very frustrated!!!!!!

Would really appreciate the help. :D

    When you say the download doesn't work, in what way? Does it download then not install or what? Is there an error message? Does it complete the installation and then not work?

    Windows XP. I download and then install but it wont complete the installation even though it does detect the printer. It gets "stuck" at the same point everytime.

    I disabled the firewall but not the antivirus. I'll try it now.
