BK
Any one know where I could get some. Doesn’t have to be local happy to pay for shipment. Why do we not have this plant available? It has to be one of the most striking plants out there.

alanmin4304
I think it is a banned import because it has been stripped from its native habitat. Very Very difficult to grow I believe.
Alan
I know it is cloned in Qland and I don't know why someone here hasn't imported some in the sterile conditions that they are produced in. Maf may let them in like that with out Q'ing Alan
Warren
I've been looking for it for 10 years, - no luck. It is very difficult to grow and likes cooler conditions (20-22'C) so not suitable for most tropical setups. Every shop who's ever promised to get it for me has let me down... May not be the shop's problem, could be the importers will not bring it in due to cost and risk of quarantine death...
BK
Is this plant available in OZ. what about our other far away friends every seen these around.
alanmin4304
The Ausies have a problem also with Queensland lace which has been given a hard time in the wild. A. fenestralis was around about 30 years ago because I have seen it. I had Queensland lace and got seeds but couldn't get them past the sprouting stage.
