Duke
I have these small mite things swimming in my overflow, some are bigger and cuel up with antena and legs. They are clear colour. The small ones look like little tadpoles. Any ideas? Also a small small brown worm thing. what do I do with these, I can vacuum out my over flow and say good bye. Are they bad? chimera
pods pods pods! copepods (really small ones), amphipods (bigger ones), etc etc. if you REALLY dont want em i'll take them off ya hand unfortunately most of my pods are in my overflow too, not in the main tank. mandarin would have one hell of a time chowing down in the overflow. i might see if I can syphon the little buggers back into the main tank... if you can handle the popups... http://saltaquarium.about.com/cs/pestscopepods/a/aa061200_3.htm
raeh1
Do manadrin fish eat pods?? That would explain the reduction in there numbers in my tank
Pies
They eat the small pods, the ones about 1/2mm in size or smaller, not the big ones or the mysiid. Pie
