slappers
no not really, waiting on table to put it on shouldnt be to far away whats a good colour for the back and sides of the tank black blue green ???? it will be going in a wall when the table comes
Pies
Personal preference, between BLACK or BLUE. the ocean isn't green, or if it is, it shouldn't be. My first tank was blue, my 2nd black, for my 3rd I went back to blue, which is my preference. Unless your planing on keeping it clean (like chimera) it will overgrow with algae in 6 months and never know anyway. Pie
slappers
ok i will go hmmm black of to bunnings tomorrow to get some spray cans
misnoma
I went blue, just stuck tank backing paper on the back. means you can change your mind later
chimera
blue gets my vote, but whatever colour only makes sense if you're willing to scrape the coralline off the back of the tank. i just did again the other night - and my tanks never looked better  but seriously, aesthetically it does make a difference, shows the aquascaping off better rather than looking all washed out,... if you can excuse the pun
Fay
I went a very dark green and I like it natural looking You can't see it in my photos for the hair algae but since I did a clean up looks good.

Brianemone
i think the look i like most is see through on both sides. but for in wall it depends on the aquascape on whether blue or black looks better.
