New Maf thing

Sure you may be able to get something if you really want it by breaking the law but isn't it better not to have to?

Thats the rub isn't it? It means someone has to have already broken the law in the first place so they don't need to break the law doing exactly the same thing going foward?

Your lionfish is on the banned list and just having it is illegal...

Illegal for importation not for possession as it has been explained to me.

Or i'll cop a plea by offering them the name of the importer who sold it to me to reduce my sentance, and claim ignorance about not knowing it was ilegal.

OR I will say I caught it fishing up north, its listed as a Coastal Fish for NZ waters and has a rating of UNCOMMON. So they are about anyway.

Reef - there are pics of some of that stuff posted by me (nice Blue Linkia star fish photos yesterday), on my tank thread and in various other places on this forum. Use them if you want to, I do however claim copyright for them, and expect to be credited for the photo if published.

LAST chance to add any of these items as it closes soon,

If you have anything we need the info,

MAF have advised that they are seriously going to clamp down on fish imports so i suggest you get any of the items as you wont see them again.

Can I just email the forms to Warren or do I have to sign the hardcopy and mail it?? Also do you still need a pajama cardinal? I have 3 but don't have a fish reference book to quote page and ISBN number. I also have what I beleive is a Red Blenny - Portuguese blenny ( Parablennius ruber ) but very difficult to get a good picture of it you need it, again would need page/ISBN number
