chimera
Check he doesn't have these symptoms... Ich - Symptoms Ich appears as small, white, raised spots, similar to grains of salt, on the skin of your fish. These spots are actually the adult stage of the parasite known as the trophont, which is enveloped in the pus and tissue of the skin and slime layer. In addition, infected fish display one or more of the following symptoms: Increased mucus or slime on the body or gills Darkened appearance Hiding in an unusual or atypical location Flashing (rubbing their bodies against a surface) Rapid swimming and breathing or gasping at the surface Slow movement (as the disease progresses) Diminished appetite

kevan
Found this but not sure where to get (Ecolibrium Æ) Fortunately Fish-Vet Æ has today a product called Ecolibrium Æ, which allows successful treatment of this scourge, and is harmless to all Invertebrates. We will be pleased to advise any Hobbyist where this product can be obtained form a dealer in your area. No test kits are needed & it biodegrades after a week, when treatment is ceased. http://www.customaquatic.com/customaqua ... skuzza
My angel has had this.It did not die but it took a while to stop.I had found the name in one of my books. It is a paracite that makes them go ape trying to get it of.It says that if the fish cant shake it it finaly stops and another angel fish will remove the paracite.I read this a long time ago so i could have a few things wrong but i will dig it up post the name. cracker
It could be the massive water changes I have done in the last week, I have changed 75% over a week in two go's. Nitates are down to 3! One or two big ones to go and I'll then monitor my bioload!
